The Western New York Parrothead Club is a very active group. In addition to regular monthly phlockings, we have established a host of events for fun and community service. We definitely know how to "Party With A Purpose". Not only do we have our own slate of events, but we also travel to concerts, and other club's events like the Steel City Fins nearly world-famous Cabin Fever and various other shindigs with Hamilton, Ontario; Erie, Pennsylvania; and Detroit, Michigan to name a few.

Our Annual Birthday Party in April is a great way to shake off the winter blues and get ready for spring. It's also the place where the coveted Parrot Head of the Year Award is given. There's always great food, great company and of course, some Jimmy Buffett music to enjoy the party by.
For those that don't know, "Chillin' in the Caribbean" is the premier fundraiser for the Western New York Parrot Head Club! Even though we focus all year long on charitable, environmental and other projects which give back to the community, Chillin' remains our biggest and best example of "Partying with a Purpose".

The event is chaired by our Vice-President, Bob Schiele, who works closely with Auction Chairperson Annie Gross and the Board of Directors to line up a memorable evening of Caribbean-themed entertainment, fantastic food and 'deep discount' beverages. Live, Silent and Chinese auctions and a large 50-50 raffle or two all help raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. To date, Chillin' in the Caribbean has raised more than $60,000 for charity.

Once a year we get together and clean up our little stretch of the mighty Niagara River. Once the grubby stuff is done we get together for a little grub and libation . That's livin' the Parrot Head credo of leaving the world a better place and having fun while you do it.
The only thing more spectacular than a sunset cruise on beautiful Lake Erie is a sunset cruise with Parrot Heads and Jimmy Buffett music. The Moondance Cruise is all that. This club tradition is a favorite and a great way to experience one of Western New York's most beautiful treasures....our waterfront.
The Parrotheads and the Buffalo Bills go together like Margaritas and salt. There are no more spirited group of fans than Bills fans and Parrot Heads. Mix the two together and you're looking at a great time. Every year we have a tailgate and enjoy a Bills game.
Ring in the holidays with the WNY Parrot Heads. Great food, great phriends and a whole lot of holiday cheer.
